Focus Sim Racing FSR Eighty Aluminum Sim Racing Chassis
FSR-80 Aluminum Sim Racing Chassis
Compact Footprint. Professional Strength.
The FSR-80 brings the same engineering philosophy and manufacturing techniques used in our flagship FSR-120 chassis into a compact and efficient platform. Built from rigid 40x80 aluminum T-slot extrusion, the FSR-80 delivers the stability and adjustability serious sim racers expect while maintaining a footprint that fits comfortably in most home setups.
Engineered to support modern direct drive wheelbases and high-performance pedal systems, the FSR-80 provides a solid and reliable foundation for immersive sim racing without unnecessary complexity.
With overall dimensions of 53" long, 26" wide, and 32" tall, the FSR-80 balances compact size with the structural strength required for serious racing hardware.

Key Features
- Rigid 40x80 aluminum extrusion chassis
- Precision CNC-drilled frame with cup washer hardware
- Laser-cut steel universal wheelbase deck included
- Laser-cut steel pedal risers with notched height adjustment
- Ball-bearing T-nuts included for smooth component adjustment
- 40x80 rear crossmember for structural reinforcement
- Laser-cut steel front reinforcement plate
- Compatible with most popular wheelbases and pedal sets
- Standard T-slot compatibility for accessories and upgrades
Precision CNC Frame Construction
Like our flagship FSR-120 chassis, the FSR-80 uses CNC-drilled mounting points throughout the frame to create strong and precise structural connections. Major components bolt directly through the aluminum extrusion using cup washer hardware, creating a clean and extremely rigid assembly.
This construction method minimizes the need for external corner brackets commonly found on extrusion rigs. The only brackets used on the FSR-80 are located at the rear crossmember where additional reinforcement is required.
The result is a cockpit that feels more like a precision-built structure than a typical assembled extrusion kit.

Universal Wheelbase Compatibility
The included laser-cut steel wheelbase deck features a universal mounting pattern designed to support many of today's most popular wheelbases. Its heavy-duty steel construction provides secure mounting for both belt-driven and powerful direct drive systems.
- Compatible with many popular brands including MOZA, Asetek, Simucube, Fanatec and more
- Slotted mounting pattern allows flexible positioning
- Steel construction designed to support high torque systems
Quick & Precise Pedal Adjustment
The FSR-80 features laser-cut steel pedal risers designed to create a stable braking platform while allowing easy adjustment. A notched slot system enables quick and repeatable pedal height changes so drivers can quickly dial in their ideal driving position.
- Notched adjustment slots for quick height changes
- Laser-cut steel risers for rigidity under heavy braking
- Ball-bearing T-nuts allow smooth sliding adjustments
- Compatible with most popular pedal sets
Why the FSR-80 Exists
The FSR-80 was designed for sim racers who want the strength and adjustability of a professional aluminum cockpit without the larger footprint of a full-size chassis.
Using the same design philosophy as the FSR-120, the FSR-80 delivers a stable driving platform capable of supporting modern sim racing hardware while remaining compact enough for most home racing spaces.
